I provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping services designed to keep financial records accurate, organized, and up to date. Services typically include bank and credit card reconciliations, transaction categorization and review, monthly financial reporting, and ongoing bookkeeping support as needed.

I review books from other accounting systems as part of onboarding or cleanup work. For ongoing monthly services, QuickBooks Online is used so that work can be delivered consistently and efficiently.

Using a single platform allows me to apply consistent workflows, reduce errors, and provide dependable monthly reporting. QuickBooks Online also offers secure cloud access and integrates well with common business tools, making collaboration easier for business owners and tax professionals.

If your books are behind, we’ll first assess how much historical work is needed. Cleanup or catch-up work is scoped and quoted separately from monthly bookkeeping so expectations are clear before ongoing services begin.

Cleanup work is not included in monthly bookkeeping. Any historical cleanup or corrective work is handled as a separate engagement prior to starting ongoing monthly services.

Onboarding begins with a review of your current books, software, and documentation. If needed, this includes setting up or transitioning to QuickBooks Online. Once onboarding is complete, monthly bookkeeping follows a structured, repeatable process.

Communication is handled via email and secure cloud-based tools. Documents are shared electronically, and questions are addressed as part of ongoing bookkeeping support.

Yes. While I serve businesses in Portland and nearby communities, services are provided remotely using secure, cloud-based systems.
