If your books are behind, we’ll first assess how much historical work is needed. Cleanup or catch-up work is scoped and quoted separately from monthly bookkeeping so expectations are clear before ongoing services begin.

Cleanup work is not included in monthly bookkeeping. Any historical cleanup or corrective work is handled as a separate engagement prior to starting ongoing monthly services.

Onboarding begins with a review of your current books, software, and documentation. If needed, this includes setting up or transitioning to QuickBooks Online. Once onboarding is complete, monthly bookkeeping follows a structured, repeatable process.
